YG500 Underground Hydraulic Diaphragm Wall Grab
1. The internationally-advanced powerful large-torque electrically-controlled direct-injection turbo supercharging inter-cooler Cummins QSL9-325 is adopted to ensure high reliability and fuel economical property and meet the phase-III emission standard of non-highway motor vehicle of Europe and America.
2. The constant power of power system and hydraulic system is fitted perfectly to maximize working efficiency of complete machine.
3. The internationally-famous hydraulic system and hydraulic element with stable and reliable performance are adopted.
4. The construction system with perfect CAN-BUS and LIN bus technology is adopted.
5. Compared with mechanical pipe-reeling device, the hydraulic pipe reeling device with the design of constant tensile force has compact structure, occupies small space, needs not disassemble, reduces the maintenance time, improve working efficiency of complete machine and effectively ensure synchronous working of various actuating mechanisms.
6. The multifunctional large display screen with high resolution can give 24-hour display of operation data of complete machine; the system can calculate record and save the operation process of grab bucket.
7. The lifting speed of grab bucket is quick; the grab bucket is allowed to be fitted with free falling speed reducer; the grab bucket can open/close every 6.8s; the closing force of grab bucket is large to improve working efficiency.
8. The design of long guiding and low center of gravity is adopted for grab bucket; the supplementary tooth is fitted to balance the torque when operation and reduce the deviation.
9. The omnidirectional deviation rectifying method is adopted for grab bucket, which can rectify the deviation at any moment according to monitoring results so as to ensure high groove precision.
10. The advanced fault diagnosis and alarm system is adopted; the various monitoring instruments can give a analog display on touch-sensitive display including fuel level, cooling liquid and hydraulic oil temperature, engine speed, etc. These data are processed via control center; the fault content and position can display automatically to provide the convenience for checking the machine performance and reporting the machine fault.
11. The accurate depth measuring system is adopted; the output data of main winch can be converted to the depth value directly to ensure measuring accuracy.
12. The reliable protective system is adopted and its data is supplied by accurate depth and stress sensor. It can make the main winch stops working when the grab bucket touches the ground and ensure the wire rope lower accurately so as to improve the reliability of complete machine and the groove verticality.
13. The quiet, comfortable and sensitive operating system is adopted; the Europe environmental protection standard is adopted; when the door of driver cab is closed, the noise inside the driver cab is not greater than 75db; the drivers seat can be adjusted freely to make available the outsize leg and foot space and ensure the operation more comfortable so as to reduce fatigue strength of driver and improve labor efficiency; the high-sensitive pilot system can reflect each action correctly and quickly to improve working efficiency.
